I'm always
interested in buying more levels for my collection.
Not just Davis levels - I'm interested in other unusual cast iron
or wood levels also.
I'm also a serious collector of "Patented Planes" These are all of
the other brands manufactured in the 1800's. Many of these had
unique features, both decorative & functional, that attract me to
them.
Another thing I look for are unusual mechanical devices -
something with neat gears, levers, etc. Even things like small
lathes, mills, drill presses, etc.
And then there are the antique gas engines - a new interest!!!!
